Order/ Payment / Delivery

How to Shop With Us?

i) Singapore Domestic:

  1. Select the items and add them into your shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout from your shopping cart. you should be able to checkout as a guest or as existing customer if you had already registered an account with us.
  3. For TinyTree VIP Member, ALWAYS log in to your account first before you add any items into your shopping cart in order for you to enjoy the member's price.
  4. An invoice email will be send to your mailbox. Please based on the given info to make your payment.

 

ii) Overseas Customers (Canada, India, Philipines, Indonesia, Thailand, etc): ***[NEW]

  1. As current quoted prices are based on Singapore local delivery.  Therefore we will require your help to select the items that you need and drop us an email at jacqueline@tinytree.com.sg or joey@tinytree.com.sg.
  2. We will get back to you on the details about the logistics cost from Spore to destinatined address.  
  3. If you are ok with the cost, we will raise invoice to you and payment will be made via Paypal. 
  4. Once we received your payment, we will arrange the delivery out from Spore to the appointed overseas address.

 


How to Make Payments?

i) Via ATM Bank Transfer / iBanking

Bank Transfer is applicable to all.

We will verify your payment transaction and an email notification will be send to you before delivery.
We shall not take any responsible if you transfer payment to the wrong account.

 Kindly email to admin_tt@tinytree.com.sg with your name, date, transaction number and amount transferred.  Alternative email address to be use is tinytree.sg@gmail.com.

ii) PayPal / Master / Visa

 This payment method is ONLY Open to S'pore Local customers. ** For any Refund via this payment method, there will be $5.00 administrative charges impose. 

 

iii) CASH / NETS Payment

 Cash or Nets Payment ONLY available for Self Collection only at our office.

4)  If you are not at home to accept the package, TinyTree will do a surcharge of S$8.00 for the next delivery attempts.
5) Delivery is free for goods purchased above S$50.00 and delivered within Singapore.  Additional delivery charges of S$8.00 will be imposed for goods purchased less than S$50.00.
  1. No Cancellation of orders is allowed after PO confirmation is made.
  2. There will be S$1.00 Administrative Charges for PayPal payment refund.         
  3. Goods sold is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

 

Singapore Domestic Shipping

FREE Shipping - For purchase of SGD80 and above, delivery to Singapore addresses will be FREE of charge via local delivery service.  We offer 1-3 working days delivery.


For purchase less than SGD80, mode of delivery will be as below:

i)   Door-to-door Delivery

4)  If you are not at home to accept the package, TinyTree will do a surcharge of S$8.00 for the next delivery attempts.
5) Delivery is free for goods purchased above S$50.00 and delivered within Singapore.  Additional delivery charges of S$8.00 will be imposed for goods purchased less than S$50.00.
  1. This is available at a low flat rate of SGD5.00 island wide.        
  2. Maximum waiting time of 3 workdays or earlier for orders to be delivered to you upon TinyTree confirmation of customer's order and receipt of due payment.

 

ii)  Self Collection  (Direct Walk in to our showroom)

3) Goods sold is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
4)  If you are not at home to accept the package, TinyTree will do a surcharge of S$8.00 for the next delivery attempts.
5) Delivery is free for goods purchased above S$50.00 and delivered within Singapore.  Additional delivery charges of S$8.00 will be imposed for goods purchased less than S$50.00.
  1. NO CHARGE applicable.
  2. Venue: 18, Boon Lay Way, Tradehub 21, 05-94
  3. We accept payment in Cash or NETS for walk in customers.        

 

iii)  Regular Mail  (Via Singpost Normal Postage)

3) Goods sold is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
4)  If you are not at home to accept the package, TinyTree will do a surcharge of S$8.00 for the next delivery attempts.
5) Delivery is free for goods purchased above S$50.00 and delivered within Singapore.  Additional delivery charges of S$8.00 will be imposed for goods purchased less than S$50.00.
  1. Customer will require to make payment via Bank Transfer before we able to proceed to post out the order thru Singpost Regular Mail.
  2. Postage Fee will based on the total weight of your order.  Delivery will take between 3-7working days depends on Singpost's effeciency.
  3. DO NOTE that this option is NOT TRACEABLE, and TinyTree will not be LIABLE for any missing or stolen packages.  We do encourage you to use the door -to-door delivery option for peace of mind.
  4. Alternatively you can choose for self collection mode.  

 

 

International Shipping

For all Overseas purchases, we ship worldwide through 2 modes of shipping:

i)  TNT Express Worldwide (1-3 working days) - with online tracking information

ii) Singpost Surface Parcel (3-60 working days) - with no online tracking information


* Pleas note that working days do not include weekends or Public holidays.

* Some countries may require a longer delivery time. International delivery times may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather.

* Shipping cost varies by weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).


Duties & Taxes:

Do note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which may be levied once your package reaches your country. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for your country’s regulations on duties and taxes.
